Do I need to have a brand or business before working with you?
Not necessarily. If you’re starting from scratch, our Statement or Signature packages include complete brand creation. If you already have a brand but it’s feeling inconsistent or outdated, we can refine and elevate it to align with your goals. For DIYers, our Starters digital assets give you the tools to define your look and feel before committing to a full package.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment Terms We offer flexible payment options to suit your project. Standard: 70% upfront to secure your booking, 30% before final delivery. Milestone: 50% upfront, 25% at design approval, 25% before final delivery. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Final deliverables are released once full payment is received. Digital products from the SheDev Starters suite are purchased individually and paid in full at checkout.
Can you just “do my logo” without the rest?
Logo Design We don’t offer standalone logos without strategic direction. Every logo we create is part of a considered brand system, ensuring it’s not just visually appealing, but purposeful, scalable, and built to last. For clients seeking a lighter entry point, we offer streamlined brand packages that establish a clear foundation while remaining accessible.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines Statement packages typically take 4–6 weeks. Signature packages take 8–12 weeks, depending on scope, content readiness, and feedback. SheDev Starters are instant downloads, available for immediate use.
Will you manage my social media after launch?
Social media management is available as an ongoing retainer or as an add-on for Signature clients. Signature clients receive 20% off their first subscription.
What if I’m not sure which package is right for me?
